About the information we share

In short: everything we provide is information from publicly available sources and what you share with us. We don't visit the property. It is not a home inspection, and it shouldn't be relied on to replace an onsite home inspection or an assessment by a qualified tradesperson.

Public information can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Listings can leave things out. Homes get renovated, repaired and changed without any public record. What's typical for a home of a certain age or type may not be true of the home you're looking at. We do our best to be accurate and current, but we can't guarantee that any information we share is complete, accurate or up to date, and we can't promise that a home is free of any problem, whether we mention it or not.

Before you rely on anything about a home's condition, have it looked at by the right people: a licensed home inspector for an onsite home inspection, and a qualified tradesperson or other licensed professional to inspect further wherever something needs a closer look. For legal, financial or strata matters, speak with a lawyer, notary, real estate professional or financial advisor.
